Recently I've decided that my eating habits are less than healthy due to the sporadic nature of working as a self employed locksmith. You can set out with the best of intentions to eat a nutritious breakfast, but before you know it the phone starts to ring, and we're off! I suddenly realise that it''s already gone 2pm & i'm famished!
When you're out & about with a grumbling tummy it's just WAY too easy to pop into the gas station to fill up on fuel, and before you know it you're snacking on all manner of delicious but nutritionally junkified food
So. I'm going to fix it. Right here & now I pledge to plough more effort into the planning of meals. Keep your fingers (and probably your toes too) crossed for me as I'm going to need a massive dose of willpower :P
